Pricing questions
Is there a fee if you can’t serve them?
You paid for the service level, and we make every attempt it includes. If service fails you receive a detailed return of non-service that supports alternative service. Utah courts require that record either way.
Do you charge mileage?
Not in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, or Weber counties. Extended counties carry one flat travel fee.
Can I upgrade mid-job?
Yes. Call or email and we’ll move you up for the difference in price. The attempts we’ve already made count toward the new level.
