Add-ons
Add what your case needs
We serve the named person and no one else in the home.
We never hand papers to a minor. Common in family cases.
Your documents travel sealed and addressed to the recipient. Common in divorce and custody.
Every return is already signed under penalty of perjury. Add this when the court or agency you’re filing with wants a notary’s seal on it too.
You skip the courthouse trip.
If you are not sure of the address, prepaying saves $20 compared with ordering it after a non-service.
For witness fees on subpoenas and garnishment writs.
How it works
Upload. Get documented attempts. Receive your return.

01
Choose a service level and upload.
Attach the papers, add the recipient's address and your deadline, then review the total and pay.

02
Your server attempts service.
Your service level sets the attempt schedule and limit. Each attempt has a date, time, and GPS record. If the address is wrong, the office reviews the next step.

03
You receive a Return of Service.
You'll receive the Return of Service by email. Confirm the filing arrangements for your case with the office.
FAQs
Summons questions
What documents do I upload?
The summons issued by the court and the complaint, plus any exhibits and any scheduling notices you want served together. One upload, one price.
Do you serve federal court summonses?
Yes. Federal service rules are similar; our returns are accepted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
Can you serve multiple defendants?
Yes. Additional recipients at the same address are $25 each. Different addresses are separate jobs.
Will you file the return?
Add “We file the return” at checkout for $20 and we send it to the court.
