Getting a Salt Lake City serve done on the first try
Downtown recipients are often easier to reach at work than at home. If you know the employer, the floor and the usual hours, put them in your order. Our deputies identify themselves to building security and serve as the law allows, and a workplace serve is often faster than waiting outside a condo tower with a staffed lobby.
Near the University of Utah, many addresses are rentals with several unrelated tenants. Give us the full name, a photo or description if you have one, and the unit or bedroom number. That way the person who answers the door can’t simply say the recipient doesn’t live there.
On the west side, Rose Park and Glendale are mostly single-family streets. Older homes often have a basement apartment with its own entrance. If the recipient rents a basement or rear unit, say so, and we’ll go to the right door the first time.
