“Matt has been absolutely great to work with and was instrumental in helping me navigate a situation with a very difficult individual who refused to pay for their actions.”

FAQs

Custody and support questions

Can you serve at a school or a daycare?

Possibly. We serve the parent, not the child, and we’ll avoid any setting that puts kids in the middle. Tell us the schedule and we’ll pick the right place and time.

The other parent lives out of state.

We serve within Utah. For anywhere else, email us the details and we’ll point you to a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers we trust in that state.

What if they refuse to take it?

People can't "refuse" service. For a summons and complaint under Utah Rule 4, refusal alone does not stop service if the server states the name of the process and offers to deliver a copy. The server must still satisfy the rule and document what happened. Share earlier attempt notes with your order.
