For a writ of execution, that means going where the property is, taking lawful possession, and coordinating storage, moving, or towing at cost with your approval before anything is scheduled.

For replevin, that means identifying the specific item, taking lawful possession of it, and documenting the condition it was in when we did.

For a custody or parent-time order, that includes weekend enforcement subject to deputy availability - because the weekend is usually when the problem happens.

For a protective order or stalking injunction, that includes the ambush and weekend service most sheriff’s offices will not do. An order that never got served is an order that cannot be enforced.

Bring us the order. If a Utah constable can execute it, this is the service - and if we cannot, we will tell you that instead of billing you to find out.
