Google review excerpts from Utah clients.

“I had a summons to be served for small claims court, and their persistence in getting it done was great! I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

Jim Cisneros, Google reviewer

“I could not find the defendant in my small claims case, so I paid to have them research his location. They found him and served him in less than a day, and filed that with the court.”

David Custer, Google reviewer

“Katy confirmed my order right away, and the server completed service quickly and professionally. They sent the affidavit promptly and even filed the Return of Service with the court for me.”

FAQs

Small claims questions

Can I serve the papers myself?

No. A party to the case can’t serve. Any neutral adult can, but a professional return protects your hearing date.

How far before the hearing must the defendant be served?

Check your summons; the justice court sets the deadline. Serve as early as you can.

What if I don’t know where they live now?

Basic skip tracing is included. If we find a new address, we go there at no extra charge.

Do you serve businesses in small claims?

Yes, on the registered agent or an officer. Look up the agent at the Utah Division of Corporations, or we’ll do it.
