Understand the sale step in collecting your judgment.
A constable sale can follow a lawful levy. If you have a writ ready for enforcement, upload it with the property details. If you're looking to bid, use the sale's actual notice for terms, deadlines, and payment requirements.

Google review excerpts from Utah clients.
“Matt has been absolutely great to work with and was instrumental in helping me navigate a situation with a very difficult individual who refused to pay for their actions.”

“I could not find the defendant in my small claims case, so I paid to have them research his location. They found him and served him in less than a day, and filed that with the court.”

“Wasatch Constables is the best process servers I’ve used over my 25 years as an attorney in four different states. They are very responsive and are super quick to locate and serve people. I never have to follow up.”

The process
We notice it, auction it, and account for every dollar
Notice.
We post and publish notice of the sale in the manner, places, and time Utah Code requires, and serve the debtor.
Auction.
We conduct the public sale at the noticed time and place, to the highest bidder, under the statutory rules.
Accounting.
Proceeds are applied to costs and your judgment, any surplus goes where the law directs, and we file the return with the court.
For judgment creditors
You don’t need to attend, though you may. You’ll receive an accounting and the return. If the property sells for less than the judgment, the balance remains collectible.
