Within a business day we call to coordinate timing, location, and logistics. Seizing under execution? We arrange storage. Replevin? You take possession on the spot. Sometimes a debtor would rather pay than watch a truck load up, and we can arrange that at your discretion.

On the day, our deputies execute the court’s order: seize, transfer, keep the peace. Then we file the return with the court so the record shows it was done.

Enforcement questions
Can the police enforce my judgment?
Generally no. Police handle criminal matters. Civil orders are enforced by sheriffs and constables.
What can be seized under a writ of execution?
Non-exempt personal property, vehicles, business assets, and bank accounts, depending on the writ. Utah exempts certain property. We’ll tell you what’s realistic before we go.
How long does enforcement take?
Most orders are carried out within 30 days of upload, often much sooner. Timing depends on coordination and any storage or auction logistics.
What if the person hides the property?
We document it. Hiding property from a lawful execution can expose the debtor to further court action, and our record gives your attorney what they need.
Do you enforce out-of-county orders?
We enforce anywhere in our service area. Orders from other counties may need to be domesticated or directed to our office first; ask us.
