6.10.24 Update: Sarah called me and let me know they would make sure to reword their website for the future. Overall, I highly recommend Wasatch Constables and if I ever have to serve anyone again, they will be my go to! I am very happy with their services! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Initially, I was sold on the website, everything they stated made them worth the price! However, it is extremely misleading. "Same day service available. Get your paper to us by 12:00 pm Mountain Time; we can process it and send it out for service the same day." Sarah told me that it is not 24 hour service to serve somebody. The 24 hours window is when they start working on it. I spoke to a constable and he said that they needed to reword the website, because the tracking is really only for clients who have many cases with them to serve because it would be too much paperwork for them to do otherwise. So, whatever technology they stated they had with the iPhone, I don't believe is actually in use for just regular people looking to serve someone. I really liked the idea of being able to see in real time each time they attempted to serve my paperwork. It still shows it isn't served, however, I screamed with joy when my husband's sister text me. If she didn't tell me, I would still be in wonder. I feel like I was duped on the services that made me excited to pay Wasatch Constables, but overall, what I wanted was done and it was speedy service. His sister text me at 1:23PM June 7th, and I submitted my paperwork to them June 5th at 4:10PM. Ultimately, I am rating them 5 stars. I didn't have an address for my ex, and he was served in roughly 24 hrs. I am only sharing this for others who read reviews and would like to know what to expect. Also, not having the address, the constable said, "There's nothing I love more than to find somebody!" I laughed so hard because that is the kind of guy you want helping you track somebody down! Thank you for your services!
