Cops Don't Help
When it comes to civil law enforcement, your local police department will not intervene. They have neither the training nor the experience to carry out court orders.
You're here because you probably already know that.
But we help. We serve and enforce all court orders.

We want to make your this process as simple as possible.
Everything should be this easy
Upload Your Order
You’ve received your judgement / writ / order, now you need it enforced. Send it to us and we’ll process it quickly. We will then reach out to you to coordinate enforcement
- To achieve your desired outcome, be as specific, or general, as necessary. The more specific your order, the more specifc your results. More general orders broaden our discretion.
- We can only enforce orders as written.

Coordinate Enforcement
Most orders need some level of coordination. We will contact you to coordinate when the order should be enforced and where you to transfer property, or people, relating to the order.
- If seizing property for execution, we must store it—usually with a third-party moving company—until auction.
- If seizing property under replevin, you can take immediate possession of the property.
- Sometimes, we can arrange payment schedules with a debtor in lieu of seizing property, at your discretion

Enforce Your Order
On the day of enforcement, we’ll execute the orders of the court. Whether that’s seizing property, keeping the peace, or transferring custody, we can carry out the court’s orders.
- We send a Return of Service to the Court detailing our actions.
Your orders are worth enforcing
Constables are betterWe use the police powers inherent with being a Utah constable to find your target and serve your papers.
Let's Upload My Paper for Service! The Constable Advantage

Your most frequently asked questions
Clarifying what should be simpleOur products (our Service Levels) are based primarily on the speed you want papers served. We have Service Levels promising same day service. Our base service, Standard, guarantees a first attempt within three business days.
If someone is actively avoiding service, we document the observations we make leading us to this conclusion. For example, if someone is home and the television is on or we can hear a conversation through the door and yet no one answers, the people inside are often avoiding. In that case, we can give you a return of non-service allowing you to move the court of alternative service, or you can choose a service level that includes ambushing a servee at a place and time of your choosing.
People cannot “refuse” service. If someone refuses to physically take papers, we document the person’s physical description, date, time, and location, and consider the paper served. People have the right to notice, if they willfully refuse to be notified of a pending action, the burden of process service is still satisfied.
Generally, our services start at $69 and go up to $249. Cost varies by service level and type of service required. When visiting our pricing page, you can browse all of our services and pick the right one for you.
We can perform a simple database skip trace or, if necessary, we can perform an investigative skip trace which involves contacting family and known associates. The more ties someone has to their family and community, the faster we can find them. People who recently moved (under 30 days) or are homeless are much more difficult to find.
