All services contemplate a single person served at one address. If you need multiple people served at the same address, please add additional recipients. If you need multiple people served at multiple addresses, please submit individual jobs for each address.

Service Area by County

Home Area—Green

This is the Wasatch Front, including Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber counties. This is our Home Area and is included with our base pricing.

Outlying Counties—Blue

This is the Wasatch Back, including Summit, Cache, Wasatch, and Morgan counties. We charge for travel to these counties.

Servable Population

Combined, the counties we serve house over 2.8 million people and make up approximately 81.5% of Utah's population.

Optional Services Explained

What is the “Personal Service Only” option?

We serve the person named on the documents, only. We will not serve a co-resident.

What is the “Adult (18+) Service Only” option?

We will not to serve anyone under 18 in the home. We will not serve children. This option is most frequently requested in domestic relations cases.

What is the “Sealed Envelope” option?

We will place your documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the recipient. This is often used in domestic relations cases.

What is the “Send Return to Court” option?

When service is completed, we send you the return of service. You must file the return with the court. If you select this option, we will send the return of service to the court for you on your behalf.

What is the “Check to Recipient” option?

We will write the recipient of your documents a check for the amount you specify. This is most often used for serving writs of garnishment or subpoenas.

What is the “Enhanced Skip Trace” option?

If you question where the recipient of your documents lives, we can perform an Enhanced Skip Trace. By prepaying for this option, you save $20 instead of choosing it after receiving non-service.
