Hi, I’m Matt Jennings.
As a Salt Lake County Constable and the leader of Wasatch Constables, I have dedicated my career to serving the Utah community with a focus on dignity, integrity, and respect. I was born and raised right here in Salt Lake County—graduating from Jordan High School in 1997— and I am proud to raise my family in the same community I serve.
I believe that even when the legal system requires "delivering bad news," it should be done with a gentle touch. My core philosophy is simple: treat every individual, regardless of their circumstances, exactly how I would like to be treated. When you work with my team, I promise to treat you as our only customer because I understand how vital process service is to the success of your case.
My journey in civil law enforcement began in 2011, and over the last 15 years, I have worked across every level of the field:
I hold an active Special Function Officer (SFO) certification from Utah Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), and I am a certified Field Training Officer. My track record is built on de-escalation; despite having three to four times the public contact of a typical patrol officer, I have never received an excessive force complaint.
At Wasatch Constables, we pride ourselves on what I call "Smart Research." When locating individuals who are actively avoiding service, we use only lawful, ethical, and permissible data sources. As a Terminal Agency Coordinator, I have extensive experience managing protected information while ensuring total privacy and confidentiality.
If you ever have a question or a problem with your service, please reach out and ask for me directly. I will personally help you—I promise.
I’m Matt Jennings, a Salt Lake County Constable and the leader of Wasatch Constables. With over ten years in Utah law enforcement, I know how much depends on accurate, professional service. That’s why we treat every client like our only client. If you need help or have concerns at any point, call and ask for me, I personally guarantee that you'll receive my undivided attention—I’ll personally step in and make it right.
